At this time, we only handle residential projects!

2. What Should I Do If I Experience an Electrical or HVAC Emergency?

Electrical and HVAC emergencies can be stressful! If you need us after-hours, we will try our very best to respond as quickly as possible. There is an additional fee for after-hours or observed holidays. However, if you’re a part of our club membership, there is no extra charge for after-hours! You can join our club membership for only $19.98 a month!

3. Do I Need to Be Home While the Job is Being Done?

We do require all the decision-makers to be present at least at the beginning of the job! If you have any concerns about this, please let us know.

4. Are Your Technicians Licensed and Insured?

Yes, absolutely! They are also drug-tested and background-checked. Your comfort, safety, and peace of mind are important to us.

5. Do You Offer Any Guarantees or Warranties On Your Work?

Yes! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee, 1-year parts and labor warranty, and you can purchase extended warranties on everything we do. Just ask your technician! You can also view more information about warranties here.

6. Can I Schedule Multiple Jobs In One Call?

Yes, 100%! If you need an electrician and an HVAC technician, feel free to schedule both in one visit.

7. How Much Do Your Services Cost?

The cost of our services depends on the job! The price is unique per job. However, we do offer upfront pricing, so you’ll know the cost of work before the job begins!

9. Do You Offer Financing or Payment Plans?

Yes! We offer third party financing. When you schedule your job, ask about these options and we’ll happily send you the information.

10. Do You Offer Any Discounts?

Yes, we do offer ongoing specials and discounts! If you’re a club member, you’ll always receive these premium discounts (restrictions may apply):

• $25 off when you spend more than $250 (not to be combined with other offers or club discounts)
• $50 off when you spend more than $2,000 (not to be combined with other offers or club discounts)
• $200 off any panel change (not to be combined with other offers or club discounts)
